^ if they dont enter shiping details within the timeline , u will get the refund and u already have the the item with u , treat it as free if it happens at all :P

btw wats d last date for entering shipping details , if u paid on 12th , then 19th today shud be it i guess ??
 
I have asked them quotes for LCD Screen Guards costing $3.69 & $1.99 each with free shipping to USA.

Any guesses what would be the Rs. per $ ratio i should be expecting for the product to reach my doorstep??

^ For small and cheaper products its super expensive. I asked them for a quote for a sheet of Dynamat(dampening material) which is very small and costs only 20$.Their quote was almost Rs.120/ dollar :O.

Lolzzz...... But considering that my thing costs $3.69 only, I guess even @ Rs.120/$ it should be well below Rs.500.......

Let's see what they come up with...... :)
 
Guess it's just my bad luck! Placed an order with them twice. The first time I stumbled upon the seller on eBay. The tracking number they gave me showed that the package was forever in transit from NY. Eventually got a refund from eBay. The second time was after seeing this thread. It shows that the package reached Pune on the 16th, but I only got the tracking details on the 19th!! Their Pune office number on the website is incorrect and doesn't exist! Unfortunately, I'm a little too tied up to go to their office, or I would've done that. I mailed them yesterday, but no response yet. I guess maybe their Pune setup still has a long way to go.

Anyone from Pune order anything from these guys?
 
My ATH-AD700 have reached Bangalore in on week.

But problem is the courier guy could not locate the address.

And unfortunately ebay gave them my previous contact number. I replied back to them with my correct present number.

I tried calling on their Bangalore and toll free number they provided but both are invalid.

Does anyone in Bangalore knows what is contact of ICCworld office?

How do I get my AD700s now asap? :P
 
You can try 022 - 42468000, their Mumbai Office number. I have called that number few times and received calls too from the same number. :)
 
I don't have a credit card with me / intend to use one can I pay ICC through cheque or demand draft!

well after all the good reviews BYE BYE KMD, i ordered a panasonic lumix fh20 digicam

Item price + local shipping + taxes
Rs. 8,303.04

Int'l Shipping
Rs. 480.00

Duty, Taxes & fees
Rs. 2,690.96

TOTAL
Rs. 11,474.00

requested a quote thru shop now but dint get any reply that day, iam uber impatient called them on their phone got the call transfered to shop now, a guy named sanjay handles it, told him i need the quote urgently as i have a 20% coupon which will expire today (lair lair it is expiring on 28th aug:bleh::bleh:) he immediately emailed the ebay link and i was satisfied with the quote,

but the problem was that the coupon was only for musical instrument, household and etc etc:@:@ it rejected the camera and optics category, i called him and told him to relist it to musical instrument which he transfered my call to a girl named vijaya (ebay listing department) and within hours it was done, very cooperative team must say.:ohyeah::ohyeah:

but i dint get one thing, the same digicam on newegg was for 169$ so after getting a quote i found amazon was selling it for 155$ so i again requested him to list it with new quotes, but guess wat, the quote came with just 25 rs difference from the newegg:huh::huh: wheras i was expecting a mere ~600 rs difference, so i again called him and he told amazon has sme branch in NY so they charge sme amount as sales tax blah blah blah.

but eventually the pricing is good cause the same cam is listed as 13500Rs from JJmehta and i got it for 11475 + 20% discount

placed an order on 20th august no status update or replies till now waiting for the sudden drop at the door lolz..

but 20th north was giving a better deal

but dint get one thing in the break down they hv written Rs 3142 custom duties (zero if gifted) so i assumed that 10,200 is final but after reading their faqa they hv mentioned zero duty is not guranteed and if customs dont agree custom duty will be charged I BACKED OUT IMMEDIATELY

One Question on GEB handled by ICC

If I find an item on Ebay.com & I want to take from ICC, Whats the process ? I would prefer ICC as they ship & clear customs too.

I got shipped mail from ebay for ICCworld , does that mean ,the product is shipped from Mumbai or from New york to me ? .how long does it take after this mail ?

Also the airbill number ,they don't update?
