Ok so recommendation is that it is ok to go to small finance banks etc. which give 1% to 1.5% higher interest until I make sure that the total loan + (potential) interest doesn't cross 5L.

Sorry I don't get it. Also I have 11L total to be invested so by the logic I mentioned, I can invest in 3 different banks using stable money app or so.

Its a $500 billion investment over 4 years. A joint venture between OpenAI, Oracle and Softbank to create what will arguably be the best AI infrastructure in the world. For context, this amount is equal to roughly 1.83% of USA's current GDP. Initial funding of $100 billion is already deployed immediately. Nvidia and Microsoft will also be helping with the project. Trump also mentioned that the project will create around 100,000 american jobs.
