A friendly piece of advice, which may help you with your sale:

Nobody will pay 22k for a 6700K-based system. The chip itself is almost 10 years old. You may want to reconsider. GLWS! :)

True. Have similar setup. Now being used as a NAS; probably overkill as not doing any transcoding at the moment.
