is fedEX / DHL/ TNT really that costly!!....whydont people use it ( myself included)?

i doubt my s:flo2 would have returend back the first time if mp4nation had used FEdex or DHL ....i paid extra for fast shipping ...i had tracking...all that did was enable me to read that they returned back to Hongkong
 
^ No tracking number or anything of that sort. Just have photos of 1) customs form filled , 2) receipt of payment of 15$ for shipping 3) certificate of mailing with mine and shipper's address written and stamped by USPS as a proof . When I contacted USPS customer care ,they said Indian customs might help scan it using customs form number below the bar code.
 
Tracking via the customs form number, worked both on the USPS site and the Singapore post site when my JH-13's were shipped out.
 
^ Its not working for me on USPS site because the USPS guys say it wasn't scanned at their local post office or something but it might help me track the package at the customs guys . It would be a even bigger problem tracking it if the USPS guys screwed it up in America only :(
 
I have a question to all M2 owners. How does the "BASS" factor compared to the Hippo Boom ? Please someone clarify this for me...I just love the these baby's but don't want to loose any BASS .
 
^ Its definitely not as boom boom as Hippo but is much more solid and impact overall .Its slightly on the heavier side yet very tight and accurate.Without any doubt the best bass and mids for any IEM under 4-5k, IMO.
 
How do these fair wrt rock, metal and alternative music?

Im not very good with the technical names you have used in this review, so wanted to reassure myself :ashamed:

I have plans to buy touch 4g (Not yet with me), is that enough to bring out m2's full potential?
Else i can plan for someother else.
 
^ Hmmm are their any improvements in terms of SQ in the new touch ? I always found the older touch and nanos slightly inferior to the Clip+/Fuze/Cowons. Incase the new ones have better SQ and the same applies for iPhone 4 as well ,I might stop carrying the Fuze with me :D

I didn't try any cowon, clip+ etc...
But tried with 3rd gen touch.
The instrument separation is much better, with improved dynamic range.
and the volume has improved much.
overall a much better player than the 3rd gen.
 
I was told the pad, the phone and the touch all have the same dac and sound better than the older generation. I'm sick of the iphone 4 though, every second person here owns one! If I could afford the new touch I'd pick one up in a heart beat :(
 
but the UI is sooo great with ipod touch ....if not for my resolution to save , i'd have bought second hand 2g 8gb by now for 4 K, got an offer.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for the s:flo to have UI glitches but overall good UI.
 
EMS the first time (paid 18 extra)
and normal airmail to have them resend it. ( paid 10 more) ....i asked for refund when it returned back but they said the'd deduct $35 so i had no choise but to pay more for shipping. AND BTW the address was correct. ( many parcels do arrive there on a regular basis).

It has arrived at the address i gave them ( 5-7 days back), but as i am in CG now its yet to reach here.
