Absurd pricing by Airtel. Prices are bound to drop 2-3 months because there will not be many takers at this price.

If anything, Aircel is going to come up with similar prices. Knowing that this was similar to the iP 4 prices, this doesn't come as a surprise to me.

The refurbished iP 4 16GB at 22.5k is a killer deal IMO. Those refurbs are as good as brand new pieces.

iphone 4 pricing was 34.5k(now increased to 35.5k due to rupee depreciation) from both airtel,aircel and also letsbuy,BTP etc...

The refurb pricing is excellent but the stock may be limited and also hoarders will try to get as many pieces as possible.
 
This is not at all a competitive price as compared to the old gen models.iphone 4 was just launched few months ago so i was expecting the price of the 4s to be on a higher side.I will be getting one from US.Its coming cheap too.Base model is for 649$ + 44$ tax in Maryland.I will get this model if it is priced at less than 36k.
 
Is that the only place where the refurb unit is available at the moment? Also since you said that the box says its a demo unit so does it include 1year warranty by Apple as claimed by the reports:S

These were available last month,currently no Info on it..

As there is no stock of Iphone 4 in market,so people are selling in all different prices...

Need to wait for a day or so for clear Picture Regarding the price and Availability of the Refurbished Iphone 4 ..
 
Iphone 4s 64gb sold out on Aircel's pre order page, even at this insane pricing...Can anyone confirm wether siri works with Indian accent? There are very mixed feedback with some people saying it doesnt work 90% of the time.
 
^It does work fairly well provided one does speak decent 'Indian' accent and not some Bhojpuri accent. :P

NDTV had this video uploaded to YouTube which demonstrated Siri giving proper responses. Check it out.
 
The "Sold Out" is probably just reflecting the low volume of stocks they may have ordered for that model. At the highest bands, usually you wont be holding too much inventory.

Additionally it could just be a tactic? but that's a remote possibility. Then again stranger things have happened :P

In techguru cnbc awaz they say success rate with indian accent hardly passes 20%.Though i misses that review part.
