Yes, you are good at your business because atleast you are calling me on time but what i expect is something more from you as a new TE dealer. Its my personal advice as i am currently dealing only with primeabgb and mediahome now and completely stopped my purchases from itdepot, itwares, lynx and techshop. If i dont get any of my products from prime, i feel comfortable to pay for customs and 20north than waiting for replies from our TE dealers. I am just another customer for you but what i suggest all our TE dealers is if you people dont have time to check your mails or PMs and reply properly, then why cant you employ a assistant for this works like in prime. Once we paid for any product, you r responsible to confirm the payment receipt and once you shipped the product, none of the dealers here have time to mail us any tracking report. Because you got your payments already in hand as not like in ebay. I am sorry i dont mind you at all, because its my first deal with you but i faced a lot with other dealers here. Take it as a feedback of a poor customer and I hope i will be a happy customer to you hereafter.

Exactly the same thing for what i was hired here at SMC for :P (Except that i was not jobless at that time ;) )

I can understand your situation. Thats why i called you to explain the situation instead of replying the mail. And there are various customers who can vouch that we never delay shipment (without informing promptly if there is any issue) after receiving the payment. And we would like to keep improving the level of service in future as well. Your suggestions are duly noted :).

No Sir, I know its not your mistake, but remember in my place no courier service is perfect other than Blue Dart.

If you haven't send it by Blue Dart, why do you mind to PM or Email me the courier name and tracking number? Just send me the courier name atleast, I know how to collect it.

i got one from SMC as well @gujarat 2.7 k shipped.
only one thing CM 430 lacks is Cable Management.
so guyz nice case @ it's price point.
