Its my personal note as i am currently dealing only with primeabgb and mediahome now and completely stopped my purchases from itdepot, itwares, lynx and techshop. If i dont get my products from prime, i feel comofortable to pay for customs than waiting for replies. I am just another customer for you but what i suggest all our TE dealers is if you people dont have time to check your mails and reply properly, then why cant you employ someone. Once we paid for any product, you r responsible to confirm the payment receipt and once you shipped the product, none of the dealers here have time to mail us any tracking report. Because you got your payments already in hand as not like in ebay. I am sorry i dont mind only you at all, because its my first deal with you and. Take it as a feedback of a poor customer and I hope i will be a happy customer to you hereafter.
