Yes that's what I meant. Acro Engineering is their importer and they should be responsible for their issues here unless MSI has a dedicated office here.

What do you think about this situation, does it seem that case has some merit? FYI, They kept on saying that they would not repair mobo to me but said something different to consumerhelpline.
