Been a while since this thread has been active...thought I shall bump it up 
Damn, I am yet to hear many many ASOT's esp after 300.
I heard the Yearmix 2007, ASOT 332 I think. Its pretty cool, the way the tracks blend into one another...simply brilliant

And last but not the least...a new Radio show by DJ Shah. Anyone of you heard his radio shows yet? Am awaiting a review from anyone who has.

Totally depends on what "type" of trance music you heard :bleh: Yea, there are quite a few categories you can split trance into. However, the most common one, which almost everyone seems to relate to trance is Goa/Psy trance :bleh:
mmm...checked wiki on progressive artists...have found Paul Oakenfold as fine....but never felt like listening after the first few times.....have tried armin a few times through esnips.com...didnt like that

hmm also give 1200 micrograms and Pendulam a try..and no doubt Skazi is one of the best artist in psy..
but dont know why psy sounds repetitive after sometime and tunes are all similar..good for occasional listening ..for rest of the time there's armin !!
and XT the Mellomania is total bliss !! just amazing !! just heard a few episodes..till now and all of them are really good..thanks a lot !
+1 for Mellomania-people who like armin and other progressive music will surely love it.
