Didnt know about your illness. But ya, he couriered it to you the day after I sent you my first PM, after contacting on your mobile phone. Now, whenever he tries to call, either someone doesnt pick, or someone just says Ill just check out, or switched off. Now, you tell me, if a buyer wont get the details, how can he know about the status of the RMA. You must have told him that it is out of stock. The day he sent it for replacement, he was told that the replacement would be sent by this week.

His name is Gurpreet, package sent as per procedure, from Gurgaon, please check.

Also, it may not be 1.5 months, as I didnt have my Pms for that time, but it was somewhere around that only. Also, yes he has made 30 or even more calls to your number, given on the mediahome.in webiste.

I had recommended you to him, for buying stuff, and it seems like you are not responding to his requests or anything else. He had already sent the defected piece about 4 weeks back, and no response from your side till now.

Please do something about it.

apart from this i have a PM in august asking for RMA procedure and nothing in between that, so were are the 8 PM's are u sure u sent me.

Also if ur frend did send me 4 weeks back he must have got the RMA as that time we had stocks for PL30 is all details were furnished to me like address etc , and only pl21 and pl11 were out of stock that time. right now all soundmagic is out of stock and will some only in after the games, except pl50.

Mostly people forget to send me addresses and then ask me for RMA has not come. its very easy to say RMA is not done, also if u dont put ur address details then its very hard to know even if u calls us as to if i got the RMA piece or not. I have even rmaed goods for people that were sold by some X dealers for soundmagic. infact at counters they give 1-1 replacement if they have stocks for soundmagic.

so relax . wanna add me add me on gtalk if there are issues.

So 7/8th september ur asking me RMA procedure and 1.5 months back u had sent it to me.

Just recheck again . i guess when u sent me i was seriously ill and not at all active on TE, i will again check if i have got it. Order np 302 wont help me , if it was for ur frend i need his details , as to what courier he sent it to me from , or his name if he put this name in a self marked envelope
 
I had ordered Mee M9 + Fiio E3 combo on 25/10/10 and I received it today (Order no 595)

It was shipped well and too fast but I didn't get a tax invoice with it

Please mail me a copy or send it to my address

My PL-11 went kaput exactly one day before warranty.sent PM which he replied almost instantly(i was lucky) :ohyeah: .sent the IEM . after 10 days I'm not sure whether the product reached him ,even after repeated pm there no confirmation from him.finally i had to stalk him in his thread to which he responded immediately.(with harsh PM)

at last on JAN 21 got *only the IEM* in plain white cover(accessories were missing) . the IEM wire looked different. the wire connected to right side was longer than the left one(looks like older pl-11) . anyways it works. but i never got back the accessories i have shipped :( (he asked me to ship it too for RMA ).

Word of caution - Never ever ever ship any accessories while RMA , you may not get it back.

*Never confirms product status (when u ship from ur end or vice versa)

*Worst after sales service.


I strongly believe *Mediahome.in* account is used by more than 1 person and this leads to more confusion and irregularities.

P.S - on way to get reply from him is to Stalk him in his Thread in Dealers section. :rofl:

Same here.

Sent him accessories and Bill with PL30 for RMA, received back used PL30 in return with zero accessories and with no Bill.

All this took more than 45 days AFAIR.

And I thought I was the unlucky one... lol.
 
Thanks for the tip. I was planning to send a PL11 and a PL21 which went kaput because the 3.5mm jack is acting up. Will not send the accessories if this is the case. He has asked me to mail him in any case.

The previous replacement was delayed because he fell sick. JFTR.

How about updating feedback to reflect this? By updating feedback, I'm referring to iTrader. I'm sure the mods will be amenable.

one question (you may choose not answer it) - so are u working with Mediahome or working for him or are you him??. :S

It also dosn't mean u can leave the accessories from shipping. or does it?
I'm a customer if service is not good i would be complaing ;) .
 
After all the successful deals with mediahome in the past, things don't really look good this time. I ordered an 8GB Sandisk Cruzer on the 26th of Jan(holiday). Made payment right then via NEFT. When I called Anuj a couple of days later to ask if he got the payment, he said it doesn't reflect in his account. I call him back a couple of times again within a week and then another. He says he's not sure this time and that he'll go to the bank and check with the bank statement. In the meantime I had mailed RBI about the situation. They said the money has been credited to his account on the 27th of Jan itself. Then when he checks his bank statement he says "yes, it was credited to my account on the 27th". I was really pissed, but its just a flash drive, so didn't really bother. Then on the 9th his brother calls me up(Anuj is not in the country for a couple of days) saying yes my payment is confirmed, and he didn't have a clue as Anuj didn't tell him anything about my deal. After a while I get another call from Anuj's brother "I'm really sorry, but I do not have the cruzer's in stock, we shipped out 15 of those yesterday. Can I send u 2 x 4GB?" I say no, its for my car stereo. He then decides to send the 8gb Transcend(big and ugly). I hesitantly say ok(fearing yet another delay). Guess what, he says he shipped it out on 9th itself, and the flash drive still hasn't reached. What am I supposed to do? I've wasted a lot of time and money on STD calls and e-mails just for a stupid *******g flash drive. Thanks a lot mediahome. I should've just bought it off some random e-bay dealer for the same price(lots of people selling it). They would atleast ship the product soon, else payment is withheld.

That's sad! Mediahome used to be good. Have you received the flash drive? I wish I had read this before I ordered a flash drive for myself two days ago (no updates from Mediahome yet).
 
I had a similar bad experience.. I ordered an 8GB microsd card from his site, asked him to confirm availability so I can do the NEFT. He said its in stock, so I did the NEFT, and asked him to confirm payment. It took him one and a half week and a LOT of PMs to confirm payment. And then, he shipped me an SD card, instead of the microSD card :|

I was in mumbai all this time, and the card was for dad, I was not at home when the card was delivered, and dad opened the packing. Now I have wasted my money on this.

Just now ordered the same microSD card from a dealer on ebay, and its a lot cheaper than what I had paid mediahome.

This just leaves a bad taste, and makes me feel its safer (and cheaper) to do deals on ebay, rather than on this forum :|
