I was in mumbai all this time, and the card was for dad, I was not at home when the card was delivered, and dad opened the packing. Now I have wasted my money on this.

Just now ordered the same microSD card from a dealer on ebay, and its a lot cheaper than what I had paid mediahome.

This just leaves a bad taste, and makes me feel its safer (and cheaper) to do deals on ebay, rather than on this forum :|

There's no use mentioning stuff like this in a thread unless you reflect the same in the trader's feedback.

I'm guess that as long as the deal was initiated here on TE, you should be able to.

If a deal was initiated on TE then you can leave a feedback.

However you cannot deal outside TE and then create a thread later to give feedback, like some smart ass was trying to do recently.
 
I had ordered for Razer DeathAdder and SteelSeries Qck mini from Mediahome.

First of all i don't get any email feedback from them, only system generated messages, for all query i have to call them.

Then i had trouble confirming the payment, it took 3 days to confirm a Bank Transfer!! Ok then they said payment is confirmed after calling them 3 times a day. Next i asked them to provide me the tracking no. for shipment, they take 2 days and several calls to provide me that.

NEXT the tracking id doesn't work, the website says it doesn't exist. I call them back and they say "Yes Yes we are looking into the matter, we will call you back" I have to hear this same dialogue everytime i call, but they never call me back. Then when i call them, they say we have sent you a mail check it, but the fact is that i never receive any of their mail other than the initial system generated mails. This has happened several times. Which mail are they talking about? E-mail or post mail??

Its has been 12 days since i placed the order and i still have not received the package, i will try two more days, if all things fail i have to sue them.

Ok today i contacted them they are now saying that that the Mouse pad is not available, whereas i had confirmed before placing the order if both mouse and mouse pad were available. They have just shipped the Mouse through FirstFlight couriers and he has he has no idea who gave me info about shipping through Overnite couriers and also the tracking id, i am able to trak the current shipment. But GOD what about my Mouse pad when will i receive it? My mouse is of no use without the mouse pad.This not the service i had expected. I would have happily gone with prime, but they dint have the mouse pad i wanted instead they were offering Goliathus. I found Qck mini at media home and read positive reviews so placed order there. Lets see how many more days they take
 
Had dealt with Anuj many times in the past with no complaints until now.

Placed an order for a PL-11 IEM last friday through his website after seeing them listed on his SoundMagic sale thread on TE. Payment was credited to his BoB account on saturday itself (got a confirmation sms regarding this from my bank). Been almost a week now and he hasnt confirmed payment nor shared the tracking details if the product has indeed been dispatched.

I dont mind waiting but i absolutely hate lack of communication and being kept in the dark without no reason. Mailed him on the email ID his website shows (info@mediahome.in), PMed him on TE, finally called him yesterday twice with calls being unattended both times.

Another member who ordered the same set of IEM's is groping in the dark as well regarding this. The TE account of mediahome.in is seeing daily activity so the lack of a reply is baffling to say the least :(.

EDIT : Turns out he has changed his BoB account, and my NEFT went to the older account. He has assured to check back and revert with the same:). Glad he finally received my call and also clarified he is not active on TE these days and his account is handled by his employees.
 
I got pl-11 from him through ebay on 17th may 2010 . and he is refusing warranty for tomm saying 1 year is complete and it will take him 7-14 days to send it to soundmagic (like thats my problem) .

it is kind of unprofessional . :X

This is not the place to discuss deals made through ebay. You could make another thread in the General Talk section if you wish to, though.
 
I placed an order on his website, made payment on 12may, sent him pm to him he didn't reply. Sent email on 17th he replied on that day saying

We will check for your payment and let you know soon.

after that sent him two more emails on 19may, 25 may didn't got responce.

i tried calling on his cell phone no. from his website.Both cell no. are switched off.

can anyone tell me whats going on?

is he sick or out of city?

Update: got reply to pm from someone(may be anuj's assistant) he said that anuj is in china.
 
He had made a post in one of his threads yesterday, so I assumed he had sorted things out.

Will check.
 
I called on the ph.no given on thier website (9999777726 ) and the guy replied has told me to post scanned copy of the deposit slip.

Now its been about 2 months since the deposit and i had told someone else(a guy working in our hostel) to deposit the amount, i didn't ask for the deposit slip from him at that time, as for last 6-7 online orders from various dealers i didn't had need of deposit slips, when i started buying things online i used to but not from past few deals.

I can tell him from which branch the money was deposited, who deposited, what amount it was but i don't have the deposit slip, and he says they can't tell who has deposited the money without the slip.

It show the city atleast i think right?

and i don't think many guys would have deposited 1100 rs from kota on 12th may.

He has made a post in the market section today.

If he would have told me to post snap of deposit slip on 17th may in his email i might have kept it. I can't find anywhere else either on mediahome website or te sale thread about the need to post the copy of deposit slip, maybe he's asking for it because it been so long.

Update: The guy who deposited the money(manager of hostel), keeps old bills and slips in a file (i didn't know that untill now) so he had kept the Deposit Slip, here's the required pic:

Now please ship the card if you have it in stock, otherwise refund me the amount i'll pm my account details.
 
^ Anuj, maybe you should add it to your T&C on TE for members to hold on to the deposit slip for cash payments to avoid extended delays in fullfilling orders like this ?
 
Yeah since dealers have different T&C they can all make a sticky thread in thier respective sections, which tells the common T&C, and if there are any special terms for a single sale thread they can place it in that thread.
