Guy's I am not sure if Anuj is taking his business seriously anymore, so please be wary about making any payments for purchases if you want responsiveness or prompt service. As many of you might know, He has a thread going for the Xigmatek Elysium. Its clearly mentioned that the cabinets would be shipped by 8th Jul and to make payments before that. I promptly placed the order on 6th evening and paid him on 7th morning via NEFT. He must have got the payment by afternoon. After that, first of all forget shipping on 8th, I didn't even get confirmation of payment till I got Udit to pester him about it. Ultimately he confirmed payment and told that the cabby would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. The status of order on his site was also changed to confirmed. AFAIK, he does have the cabinets in stock. but still I didn't any notification about shipment on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. I posted in the thread, but no reply. Today is Sunday and I still have no clue whether the cabinet was even shipped or when it will be shipped.

Anuj, if you are reading this, such kind of laziness will not do for someone doing business. I don't mind waiting if there is a reason for it, but at least update your customer about it.
 
an order for 500 gb wd hdd was placed last sunday and was hoping to get the hdd on monday or at the max by tuesday to resurrect my desktop asap but to my utter shock and surprise mediahome service is extremely slow.it has already been a week now and my hdd still has not reached whereas some sellers from delhi have even delivred the items on the same day of placing order (delhi-gwalior is hardly 5 hours by train).hoping to get it on this monday now or at the max by tuesday. :-(
 
^^ Exactly, I had placed an order for some stuff from another site this Wednesday and I got 3 notification mails at various stages on Thursday and the items themselves on Saturday. As said already, I don't even mind the wait, but atleast he should be providing important updates like receipt of payment or when the item is shipped.

Just had a chat with Anuj. According to him my cabinet was not shipped out because of heavy rains and it would be shipped out tomorrow.
 
Received my HDD few days ago in good working condition. Only problem is there is no Bill with the HDD. Since Mediahome isnt replying to pm lemme confirm whether its usual practice not to send bill with HDD and WD warranty can be availed without the bill or am I missing something?

The warranty can be claimed without the bill but the proof of purchase is a sort of evidence of the actual purchase that you did. If you decide to sell the drive later, it may be a good idea to preserve the bill.
 
I made payment for a pair of IEM MONTHS ago via NEFT. Haven't received any info on that, PMs/Emails/Calls go unanswered. The exact date of order (via website) was 29th July for a pair of Soundmagic MP-21 In-Ear Earphones with Mic. The NEFT was done via my ICICI bank A/C on the same day (Rs. 1,120).

I did not use ebay as he seemed to be a trusted seller here (and I had ordered a pair earlier without any issues at all).

Still hoping he either refunds the money or ships the order, in case it is an oversight.
