U can contact dtdc in that case. And dude, regarding the sickness. What would u do in the same case if u are too much sick, ur liver gets infected and people from TE send u 5-6 replacements?? Think logically mate.

I could ask my assistants to handle the business? Else do NOT just do it FFS! We buy the products he advertises, and then we are made to suffer. It cannot just happen that way. I can as well see that his assistants are posting newer threads on deals - can't they clear the backlogs along with that?

As stated above by Udit that he is his one of the distant assistant. He puts up those deals and all that. Now how is it possible for Udit to come to Delhi and ship the products. :p
 
^^so according to your analogy, the "assistants" are free to sell new stuff and make money for him but when it comes to service, they have no role??? Dude, he's not doing charity, he's running a business and customers should not suffer due to personal challenges. Its his responsibility to delegate the responsibility to someone who can take care of business in his absence......ethically speaking. Sadly, ethics is a foreign term for most of the people.

You sir, please stay out of the thread unless you have any grievances to be addressed. This is a feedback thread for a dealer who has dealt with his customers. Do you foresee a problem otherwise?

On a side note, he did reply to my mails almost instantly so there are no issues relating to communication. Just that the replacements were delayed for over a month and my friend was very disappointed. More so, because I had recommended him the IEMs and mediahome's shop on ebay.

Dude, are you out of mind? Just let me know that how an assistant who is from different city can take care of services. Use brain before posting anything rubbish like this.

And regarding assistants, Udit handle the online threads and site work and 2-3 guys just pack and send the material. But since that packaging guys are illiterate, so Anuj have to provide them the stuffs to be packed and printouts of addresses. Thats why all this delay happened. Anuj is a friend of mine. So after seeing replies in this thread I tried my best to solve his issues. :)

Bought one motherboard 4m Mediahome, for one of my friends & my friend bent it & MSI refused the RMA & still Anuj is pursuading them to change it or repair it .

Update mate : He forcibly handed over the board to them(msi people) saying that I don't know anything just get it RMAed, thats all. :p
