That's good for the discussion, otherwise its just the people bashing the dealers with no argument :P

Some argument is always healthy :)
 
I haven't got my earphones till date and its been more than 1.5 months since i shipped them for rma ?

I guess if any dealer can't meet the deadline for RMA/shipment of order....a -ve feedback should follow :)

Yea, first of all, let me know where is the deadline specified?

@Darky : By seeing his health update, he's back to work now. So i think you should call him up for the same. :D
 
very poor rma on soundmagic products still no reply more than 2 months now ....when will i get my pl-11 ??
 
^ 2 month MTG care to provide in details of Shipment and did you mark a self marked address envelope along with a warranty card. People just randomly send goods with no proper note with regards to their address or warranty cards. I at times get pieces were in the wires are pulled so hard that they are screwed or the jack has suddenly become lose. i have got a piece for RMA today with the sides of the pl30 ends marking right and left removed so what am i to do in that case ? its easier said then done . also both the numbers on the website work. people can add me on gtalk anujgarg26@gmail.com for any further issues.
 
care to read your pm's you should have found shipping details in them and also a marked envelope along with the warrant card should be with you according to the couriers tracking status .

And a softer tone can also work .
 
exactly mate you sent me ur pc on 20th August by GATI - 860642136 as per your PM how it is 2 months, put in true facts ! add me on gtalk i will surely help you out :) , an upgrade from mee if possible thats what i have offered dark star as well . if its GATI yes i am sure to get it also.

But were is the self mark address envelope in it i failed to see. It came in a cd mailer if i remember with just my address over it and some gati tape all over it. with the warranty card inside it and the ear plugs and nothing else. People who have got it from counters get instant replacement if retailer has the stock , and others have also got fast replacements if i have had stock. Also if you notice that am not selling soundmagic as there is no stock with me right now and shipments from china are screwed due to cwg big time, if i have stock and am not giving then yes am at fault . but there is truly no stock any more and stock will come only after 15th oct and i cant help it at the moment i truly cant. also there is no PM with any address further after that in my mail box search from you to send you the stuff .
 
sorry about the time period but it seemed that way anyways we will talk it over gtalk ..... i never had any problem with your other products except for SM

I had recommended my friend to buy stuff from you. He got a pl-30, pl-11.

The pl-30 soon stopped working, and were couriered to you about 1.5 months ago.

From then, I have sent 8 PMs with no replies from your side, and called your no. about 30 times. NO REPLIES !

I must say, that members are correct by saying that your after sales is one of the worst here on TE

My order no. is 302. I have given up on trying, but no details on the RMA.
 
30 calls to me and i have not picked or attended ur call or have attended and spoken to you and not responded ? its impossible that am not picking some ones call. even dark star spoke to me a few days ago , and several te members call me. also try ask MTG about his issue being solved or not. also just buy sending in a pc the work is not done. people send us damaged pieces broken wires , some people send it perfectly well with no address or self marked envelope . also i dont see 8 pms in my mail box atleast these are what i see .

I had recommended you to him, for buying stuff, and it seems like you are not responding to his requests or anything else. He had already sent the defected piece about 4 weeks back, and no response from your side till now.

Please do something about it.

apart from this i have a PM in august asking for RMA procedure and nothing in between that, so were are the 8 PM's are u sure u sent me.

Also if ur frend did send me 4 weeks back he must have got the RMA as that time we had stocks for PL30 is all details were furnished to me like address etc , and only pl21 and pl11 were out of stock that time. right now all soundmagic is out of stock and will some only in after the games, except pl50.

Mostly people forget to send me addresses and then ask me for RMA has not come. its very easy to say RMA is not done, also if u dont put ur address details then its very hard to know even if u calls us as to if i got the RMA piece or not. I have even rmaed goods for people that were sold by some X dealers for soundmagic. infact at counters they give 1-1 replacement if they have stocks for soundmagic.

so relax . wanna add me add me on gtalk if there are issues.

So 7/8th september ur asking me RMA procedure and 1.5 months back u had sent it to me.

Just recheck again . i guess when u sent me i was seriously ill and not at all active on TE, i will again check if i have got it. Order np 302 wont help me , if it was for ur frend i need his details , as to what courier he sent it to me from , or his name if he put this name in a self marked envelope
 
mediahome/anuj got the Mee M6 and the Fiio thanks a lot shipping and packaging was perfect and again thanks for keeping the piece (promotion) on hold for me for so long :)
 
A Neutral feedback from me. Everytime i try to buy something from mediahome's site i get this message:
Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet. Did you not get an activation e-mail and follow the validation link?

Had requested the guy to send me an activation mail many months ago, got an ok and nothing after that.
Needless to say, i end up buying from another dealer then.
