MTNL speed upgraded???

This happens once in a while with some connections, may be when the MTNL guyz maintain their servers. Its just a case of coincidence. I've also enjoyed the 2mbps speed back in the days of 256kbps UL. But they downgraded it to 256kbps after 2.5 months.
So, buddy enjoy ur speed and get the maximum benefit out of it till the MTNL ppl aware abt it !!
 
Well my plan have been downgraded or to be precise getting speed which i pay for.

I am on 999 plan and from the start was getting 2mbps speed.

Just saw today that download was giving 98kBps speed and still site taking time to open.
So checked on 192.168.1.1 and damn data rate reduced to 1024kbps.

So people what do you think will it remain same or you people after facing downgrade again getting upgrade?
 
When i had MTNL i was on 1mbps plan used to get 2 mbps speed for two months ,then went back to 1 mbps,i asked them y is my speed 2 mbps before they told me that,its an introductory speed, weird right,they told me every get 2 mbps at the start of their connection ,and are they also gonna apply FUP?
