MTNL speed upgraded???

Guys, guess what? I'm on 599rs plan with 512Kbps. From 13th august I'm getting continuous speed of 2 Mbps
Same is the case with one of my friends who is on same plan.
Does anyone else speed increased?

I'm on 999 UL 1mbps been getting this since last 7 months..Sometimes even 4mbps

Keep complaining saying you are not getting good speed , after a while they will increase your speed
