when i played the demo...i was totally shocked!! the game has too much pink n blue in it....looks like an japanese arcade game (esp when your crew pushes u on)....
Thought the full version will be better....but after readin wat u guys have to says....i am totally disappointed!

I have actually found that if I set "visual treatment" to low, the game looks really bad.

And Shader details also should be medium or high...otherwise game looks pathetic.

On a 78GT, with 1280*1024,shader quality- medium & Motion blur-off ; Everything else set to High- i get 25-30fps..

Me facing a problem here.....

I uninstalled the game..... Then I reinstalled and copied the save file to the same location (My docs.)

When The game loads.... it gives me an error saying unable to load <name> profile...

I had to play the entire thing to reach my earlier spot.... I might have to format my HDD again....

yea man...srsly the only good nfses were nfs2 SE and porsche... i remember playin nfs2 se when i had the voodoo 3 and playin it on glide .it was heaven then

There is a patch out for Carbon - though still need to check the Stability. The game was too short

Regarding the savegame issue.

The savegame file aint corrupt.

Normally when games are saved in NFSC it also attaches the games CD Key with it.

So if u have bought a licensed copy of the game u wud enter the same cd key

and the game wud work but if u have a *ahem* copy of the game and if

u used different keys then the previous game which had the cd key attached

to it wont work.

I have successfully resumed my carbon save game after reinstalling carbon.

If u still havent got ur saved game to work lemme know.
