IMO NFS carbon is not tht good ..the gfx have improved...but yes as SHREY said ..there is too and too much of road, car and other refelctions. also the game just runs fine on My 6600gt golden sample.
on all max settings (4x aa)-it gives arnd 12 fps-very bad
on all high settings(2xaa)- it gives arnd 20 fps .and 27 fps with v sync off-.
on all medium settings-(2xaa)- it gives arnd 30 fps and 35 fps after turning v sync off.
i have not yet tried oc'in the 6600gt ..as it's golden sample i am thinking of oc'in it to arnd 540/975 from 500/900 .and i think there will be some improvement...also i have changed the swap size to arnd 600mb and this has also increased 2-3 fps.
one plus point about the game is ..there is no stuttering like it was in NFS MW. even on 512 mb of ram ..the game just runs fine...while there was lot off stuttering in MW regardless of low or high settings.
but the negative point again what i found was the game play is not that good..means i did not like the handling of the cars while drifting..and i am finding it very difficult to keep the ride away from the walls..just a press of right/left and the car completely skid or does a 180 !!!
