Need help with seedbox.

Do we rally need to close ports ? I havent faced any attacks yet lol,i too use flizbox v7 (although i like the script but its outdated and it does not support autodl-irssi on many trackers.You will need to update to the community version of irssi.

Yep feral is good and are very fast.I have used several times also won in many giveaways lol.
But end of the day The upload limit sux big time :( On a 10 gbps network those upload limites a very low.

Anyways whats is your requirement ?
like HDD ? RAM ? Network 100mbps or 1gbps ? SSD ? let me know the following then i might be able to suggest u one.
 
I am a newbie into this. If i get a VPS, my primary usage is seedbox.

Then If i can setup a online storage, mail server, private proxy server to access from places that doesn't access certain websites. It be nice. No idea how to do that second part though. Can i use VNC into it?
 
Since your primary use will be using at as a seedbox,you better get a dedicated server,its cheap and VFM even compared to a VPS.
for example a dedi from oneprovider for 20 euro ( rs.1600) can get u a i3 system with 2TB HDD 4Gb Ram and unlimited traffic on a 1gbps network Totally VFM coz u getting a lot of storage. At that price there is no other provider that can give u that and not forgetting traffic is unlimited too both upload and download.

here you go,just while placing your order make a note in the Custom information that you want your server to be setup on RAID 0 and not RAID 1
With RAID 0 you can get full 2TB HDD. Dont forget to mention this else your server will be setup on raid 1 and you will get only 1TB HDD
 
Was about to ask you that. :D :D. Will wait for the 3 days and bump this thread. In the mean time, can you tell me what will be my next steps?

First objective is the seedbox.
