1) I thought you were open to online purchase, go to flipkart.com and look in this section and grab a Seasonic S12II 620W ~4800/- OR Corsair TX V2 650W ~5600/-.
2) Yeah this is a good cabinet, should be a ~4500/- -->5500/- [inclusive taxes].
3) Why are you fixated with a -k processor, honestly it will not matter as much even if you will sell it later as the locked processor retails for ~11500/-, this unlocked edition is ~12500/-. So seriously do the Mathematics, you want extract a greater premium for it at a later date.
The ASUS P8Z77-V PRO ~15500/-, the ASUS P8Z77M-PRO ~11500/- OR ASUS P8H77-M PRO ~9500/- will be more than enough for you.

And i hav ordered that mobo
without consideration of proccy as it would be decided then and there
i m now concerned about cabinet and psu
and also cpu fan and a ssd later if no money remain.

1) I thought you said it was available locally, what happened to that I do not know prices in Patna, apologies.
2) No, no go for the Cooler Master 690 Advanced II, it is a much better cabinet, much bigger and a better airflow design has been implemented.
3) Okay instead of buying a CPU cooler for a -k marked processor and wasting money there, it will be better to invest in a 90GB Corsair Force 3 GT ~7500/-, it will provide a better performance boost.

1) Well I have never encountered an XFX SMPS in Delhi OR Bangalore for that matter, have encountered Corsair VX 550W ~4700/- and Seasonic S12II 520W ~3800/- OR 620W ~4800/-.
2) Doesn't really matter. The overall cooling of your components is a bigger concern taht front USB 3.0 ports.

No they will not be available, better get the Core i5 2500 [non -k period].
Go for the Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 ~6000/- in that case.

I'd say go for Corsair 400R-5k and TX750V2-6.1k,it's not either v2 or w it's the version 2 of TX750W.
Why don't you go for Corsair Xms3 or Gskill Ripjaws Ram they are good.For SSD what's your Budget?

The Cons of the Corsair Carbide 300R are as follows --
- Smaller size, goes without saying.
- Lack of support for water-coolers, you can still mod it and install custom loops though.
- Lack of cable routing options, especially spacing design.
- Fewer fan mounts, also fan mounts do not have a mesh OR dust-filter on them.
- Steel instead of Aluminium construct, so more prone to corrosion.
- Fewer 3.5" hard drive bays.

Overall a decent cabinet, better than the Cooler Master eLite series by a wide margin also bigger than the NZXT Gamma. Should set you back by ~3500/- --> 4500/-.
The differences in the V2 and non V2 version of the SMPS are as follows --
- OEM's make the bulk of SMPS designs, companies like Corsair buy these designs or packages and market them under their name.
- Chances are that the OEM of the two are different.
- Pricing is a big factor, earlier Corsair TX SMPS were more expensive than the current range.
- Efficiency and power output will vary because the OEM might have changed.
