Re: New Paypal Agreement for INDIA , HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

Sry kinda off topic.

Paypal account possible without any credit card in India ?

Re: New Paypal Agreement for INDIA , HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

This is bad for me. I used to pay my Server charges & receive income through Paypal. Don't know what to do.

Is Indian Credit Cards accepted by Paypal for making payments ?

This totally sucks. Now have to withdraw the funds at their very low exchange rate and make payments using a CC at a much higher rate after the foreign currency charges.

@major9 : Yes any international credit card can be used, and debit cards from certain banks too.

So does this basically(in simple words) mean we can't use paypal anymore??

Re: Anyone got the new guidelines mail from paypal??

Sorry, didn't see that thread. Sorry for creating new one for same reason.

Re: New Paypal Agreement for INDIA , HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

Guys can anyone simplify this for me?? What does that basically mean?? We can't use paypal anymore??

Or just as stated we can't buy anything using paypal but any income received should be withdrawn to my bank a/c within 7days after receiving the payment.

Re: Anyone got the new guidelines mail from paypal??

So this basically means we can't buy anything anymore using Paypal and any income received should be withdrawn to our bank A/c within 7days after receiving the payment. Right??

Re: New Paypal Agreement for INDIA , HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

You can use Paypal but if you need to buy anything using Paypal it has to be funded with a Credit Card and not from Paypal balance. And if you do receive any Paypal funds as a payment for Goods or services you need to withdraw it within 7 days, you are not allowed to keep a non-zero Paypal balance.
