No , when I create a folder , it shows in the home screen . I want it to show with the apps as another app (folder app). I don't want it cluttering my home screen.

Just hold an app and drop it inside the folder. Like this, you can add more apps in the same folder.

I don't know how can you make difference b/w displays, my friend has a HTC One and he says he loves my nexus 5's display more :/

Yeah. HTC One's display sucked for me too. Even DNA/butterfly had a much better display. LG displays have always been great whether it was the Nitro HD, Optimus G or now the G2/N5.

I for one kept G2 and HTC One side by side and liked the HTC display more. I think this would differ from person to person.

Spot on. My brother likes G2's display more than my n5's display just because he prefers saturated colors while I don't.
