any idea how much will i get for selling a 4gb transcend ddr3 ram almost 1.3years old bought from a local dealer with a warranty of life time

iPod touch 2G 8GB version. Is in excellent condition. About ~3 years old. No headphones but have the original charging cable.
How much will this fetch?

core 2 duo 2ghz
3gb ram
160gb hdd
battery back up of 1hr minimum.
2years old

Please suggest as planning to sell.
 
@Aman27deep Those are ridiculously low prices considering both are in warranty.

Atleast 15k for the SII and around 11k for Nexus 7. Warranty products shouldn‘t be sold at prices than the ones I mentioned.
