Is it allowed to sell an origin account I got as compensation? The account contains FIFA 14 and FIFA 13. How much can I expect for this?

Want to sell my WD MyBook 2TB USB3.0 (warranty expired Jan 2014).
HDD is Healthy with no errors, but out of Warranty; need to sell this since I bought a new 4TB WD MyBook and have no place on PC desk for second external HDD.
How much can I expect for it?

How much for a brand new unused Black Sony Xperia Z 32gb
All the original covers are intact and phone was just on to check the screen and working feaures(no sim inserted).
I got this phone under Sony RMA policy after a long discussion on mail and phones, since old phone can't be repaired(if they are repaired, they lose water resistance as per Sony CC).
Only catch is that warranty just expired on 20th March 2014....I have original bill, box & all accessories with extra screen guard...

20-21k will seem to be appropriate for fetching a quick sale ...
