i agree with the above post ,you can expect max 10 to 12 K provided you give testing warranty to the buyer , usually desktop components last from 5 to 8 years , so if your pc was maintained properly it should last another 3 to 4 years
or you could just add a monitor to your current setup if you have it and sell the whole system for about 15 grands on olx or quikr thats the max you can fetch from the system and considering the age of the pc its 5 years old you invested 42849 /- for the setup
42849-12000 = "30849" so you have availed /used your full value of the pc in past 5 years .

New and better monitors are available under 8.5K some with TN panel 75 hz 1ms and some IPS with 60hz ,so you can expect 4k considering it has 1 year warranty left
