Screen flicker issues and got terribly laggy. I had bought another Pixel at the same time and that's super good! So, didn't know what exactly was going on. That's why sent for RMA and pushed for a replacement. This one is latest batch.

If it helps, it's not an isolated incident. I've come across some people having issues with their new Pixel phones.
I think you could sell it for 35-40k. I believe there were a bunch of offers on them in last seasons sales. You should consider them.

Everything except the second RAM stick was purchased on 14th Sep 2015. I do not know how long is the warranty for the CPU and mobo but my guess would be 3 years. You really won't have to bother with warranty, these things last a long time. Purchased from one of my dad's colleagues @ Lamington, Mumbai. Have bill for all items. Condition for everything except the case is excellent (The case with shitty to begin with).
