41-50k Noob pc builder Any help?

one more important thing i forgot to mention, when you're removing cpu cooler for repasting or changing cooler on AM4 socket, twist the cooler clockwise and then anti-clockwise bit by bit to loosen it first instead of just pulling on it since you could pull out the cpu along with the cooler.

I am planning to build a budget gaming PC somewhere around 50,000 to 60,000 range. These are the items that I have researched and filtered out into my cart as of now.
MSI H610MDDR5 motherboard
Intel, I 5–12 400F
RX 6650 XT
Crucial 500 nvme 3.0 SSD
MSI 650 watt bronze psu
Ant E sports mesh case
Vengeance 16 GBDDR5 RAM

pS. I already own a Acer 1 80 Hz, 27 inch monitor.

I mostly play games either in high or ultra settings.stuff like ray tracing doesn’t matter to me. I even disable motion blur, most of the times. I plan play some AAA titles (Spiderman, red redemption, GTA5), indie games and FIFA and NBA2K mostly. I was hoping to get some insight on if where I can save some more money if possible.

Pps: as this is my first system build, I was planning to build a new PC rather than going for used parts
1)go for an AM5 build more future proof plus the 7600 can still work great with budget gpus and higher end ones
2)500gb is far too less
3)550 watt would suffice
4)32 gigs of ram is a must
5)if its a new build it will super tough finding a 6650XT

Finally, I’ve completed my first ever PC build! I went 3K over my 50K budget, but I could have saved some money if I had bought the PSU when it was under 4K.

I’m currently running 16GB in single-channel, but I hope to save up and buy another stick in the next couple of months.

To everyone in this thread who helped me pick parts, figure out what to buy and when, clarify my naive questions, and provide detailed explanations for even the simplest doubts—thank you all! I couldn’t have done this without your help. Peace :)
do you bought all parts at same price listed at pcpricetracker?
if not, please post each part details (name & model number if any) with price, will help, other buyers to source best price from their local/online source.

Congrats dude!! i still remember my first build and the journey i've had with building pc's till today. It may not be top of the line but you've climbed your first hill in the journey of pc building. There might be buyer's remorse here and there too which is all part of the journey. you'll upgrade this, upgrade that etc which brings a bit of fulfillment with each new milestone.

i'll drop some tips for your new pc...
* repaste your cpu thermal paste every few months and a pc cleanup while your at it for optimal performance and peace of mind.
* If you happen to use compressed air for cleaning, disconnect case fans first to avoid damage to your pc.
* if you want to squeeze out some performance for ryzen cpus, you can enable the PBO in bios, can get better perf if you can do it manually but auto works fine too.
Yeah I was literally stressed and sweating out of my fingertips tbh. Each moment was stressful but more rewarding than the last . Aligning the cpu, making mission impossible type maneuvers around the fan to plug the cables on the top ports (my case didnt have a lot of headroom iyk) and cable management in this budget case OMG, i just somehow closed the back panel (uff!). It easily took a well 4-5 hrs to build it and quite a lot ltt videos back and forth. As you said its not a perfect build but its a start.
Not needed even after couple of years. I am using deepcool paste that came with coolers. Done it twice in 2 builds.
cpu temps remain fine (idle/load), so never bothered again.
Applying paste every couple of months is mental imo. something is wrong : paste/cooler/pressure/something else.

Dunno about high power cpus, mine are 3300x and 7800x3d. Perhaps high heat can cause wear? But gpu pushes way more heat, i don't repaste that either.
Exactly . I was under the assumption that there might be some warning signs before you go ahead and change thermal compounds like unusally high temps in idle or worst case thermal throttle related shutdowns but seriously i dont wanna wait for that. So if you guys know any general rule of thumb what signs and softwares might help here that would be great too.

Yeah this list was pretty much around same prices but sometimes pcpricetracker doesnt show all sources correctly. My main two sources were Amazon and Vedant computers as there is a lack of offline stores nearby. But as the main purpose of this thread was to get and pass info forward any detail that might help other buyers needs to be as explicit as possible. So find below the model numbers, source and price of parts for this build:
Amazon:

Motherboard - Msi B550M-A PRO - ₹5679
Cpu - Ryzen 5 5600 6 core(
100-100000927BOX)
- ₹9849
Cabinet - Ant esports elite 1100 mid tower - ₹2049
Cooler -
Ant esports ice c400 Cooler - ₹969
Vedant:
