According to reddit, BF4 is available for just $20 (with a coupon offer) directly via Origin or $30 without it. However this coupon offer may be restricted to the US Origin Store. Not sure as no info is mentioned.

The Origin India page lists BF4 Standard Edition for Rs.2100...

^Those promo codes are not supposed to work on black friday deals so if anyone is interested to buy it then do it fast before they fix it.
