CPU/Mobo phenom 965 best cooler???

I don't feel it as expensive.
I got it from te deale for 4950 including ship.
Comes with premium noctua fans. 120mm and 140mm.
Fans are extremly silent. And are one of the best engineered fans.
Has all the mounting hardware.
Had a thermal compond tube. Which is also among the best thermal compunds.
Also a meghalem with such fans and and mounting backets
would have coated me approximately this much.
And a question.
I am having thermal fusion 400 with me.
So I should use thermal compound supplied by noctua or use
thermal fusion 400.
Recieved my nochuta d-14.
and this thing is a real monster.
My dad opened it and he was not able to beleive
that it can really fit the cabby.
But I installed it in CM690 with ease.
The built is really solid. Just installd it and tested it with
prime95 and did the heat test.
Temp at load with prime95 heat test for 20minutes - 53c temp was not going above this.
I will oc my processor and then test the cooler as soon as electricity comes.
Only one disadvantage of this cooler.
After installing all the fans I can't see any of the ram slots.
But I am using gskill ripsaws with my mobo.
And they can fit under the cooler as they have short heat spreaders.

which cooler wud be best for my 955be .. m using gigabyte ma785g-us2h and my cabinet is CM310 .. my budget is 2.5k . M really fed up with the noise level ...although i hv turned down the noise using easy tune but now the temp goes upto 61°-62°C during load.... even the GPU temp rises to 55-60° .. should i buy a new cooler or just stick to using east tune

otherwise i would have upgraded with phenom x6.
and don;t use easy tune as u already said "temp at load are ''61-62'', and temp above 60 are not recommended for phenom users.
if ur budget is 2.5 k then hyper 212 plus is the best value for money cooler.
and if u r not in to overclocking u can also go with cooler master hyper tx3 which is at a price of 1500.
read the reviews for this cooler and you will see that it actually competes well with CM620 which is also a cooler from cooler master and at a price of 2900.
and if u can strech ur budget a bit then go with "TRUE". at 2900 its a real steal.
