Which tool is this btw, because I also brought Redmi phone from olx which is finance locked. At first I managed to bypass it and was able to get developer option enabled.
But I was trying to unlock bootloader. The phone is now stuck at recovery and doesn't let me do anything.

Miracle Box.
I used to use an alternate famous tool but now gave up on BL/Rooting etc. hence deleted all such tools and data worth GBs..

If dev options are enabled you can flash stock mi rom using miflashtool.

XDA has tons of MI resource or join Telegram and explore.
 
there are carrier locked iPhone in western countries which can't be used with other carrier and can be locked by insurer if insurance is claimed by user in case of theft

People bring their carrier locked phones in india and sell here also some people sell their iphone in india and then claim their insurance for theft in their western country which then blocks the iphone sold in india

If the emis are paid till the date before it was sold and there are emis remaining.. For samsung finance, there will be an app installed called samsung finance with administrative privilege which cant be uninstalled till the emis are cleared.. For tvs credit service you can check the tvs credit app in the device admin app ( attached image) .. For hdfc and hdb finance its mentioned in the original bill of the phone by which finance service it was financed with..

So key points to check before you buy from Olx is
1. If There are Any app installed with administrative privilege in Device admin app list (For Samsung Finance & TVS Credit Service - These 2 are Nasty..Cant unlock the phone in any way since the app doesn't let you Turn on USB DEBUGGING- My personal Experience)
2. For HDB & HDFC finance you need to check the Bill.. (I think For HDFC & BAJAJ , the buyer don't get affected if the Original buyer doesn't pay emis since there is no app to remote lock the phone) The Main Buyer will be solely responsible not for paying EMI

Hello, i am currently having doubts about samsung finance (dmi). My s23 is financed, with 3 emis remaining. If i were to repay all 3 emis together, then how long after that will i be able to remove samsung finance as device admin?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a word with SC and then also try to uninstall the app by de-registering it from phone admin permissions. OIt wont work but no harm trying to first enable usb debugging.

For my case it took 30 mins years back.. Currently i am not sure but shouldn't take more than 2 Days i guess
