Pixel 9 Pro XL vs Samsung S24 Ultra | Super confused

Guys, super confused between the two

What I love in S24 Ultra:
- Many usable features which are missing in Pixel
- Availbility of service centres
- Fast processor (I am not into gaming)

What I dont like:
- Fluidity in overall UI is not there as compared to Pixel
- very common phone
- S-pen is not useful for my use case
- Too many gimmiky features


What I love in Pixel series:
- Super fluid UI and great day to day experience
- Impeccable camera (I know, whatever I will shoot, the photos will turn out to be good only)
- stand out amongst the crowd

What I dont love in Pixel series:
- High prices (but there is an option to get it from US, sacrificing the warranty )
- hard to get it repaired
- very less features

What are your thoughts?
Any quirks I should know about? Help me (any many others) to make the right choice!

Yes I can confirm. The battery of my S10+ suddenly declined sharply after an update a year ago. Remember the decline was not a gradual process. It was instant after the update. I think they are forcing the software to somehow screw with the battery.
Like everyone else I updated only because it said it was a security patch.
I spent months searching about this information on the net and I didn't find any reliable answer from Samsung/support.

I am currently using the S24 Ultra and Pixel 3a XL, and I would like to share my experience. When it comes to Google, repairs are handled through their customer service centre, where they arrange for the pickup, repair, and return of your device.

Meanwhile, the S24 Ultra is set to receive the new OneUI 7 update. I understand that you like more stock Android OS, but I assure you that once you start using a high-end Samsung device, you may develop a preference for it.

In my opinion, Pixel devices consistently deliver excellent camera performance. However, if you explore the pro features available in the S24 Ultra camera, you will find even better picture and video quality.

I recommend considering the price difference between both phones before making a decision, and rest assured, whichever device you choose, you will not be disappointed
