C series is northwood core. And as mask said its 800Mhz FSB HT supporting and S478. Runs nice and cool and overclocks really well. I have 2.6C which will easily overclock to 3.4Ghz. Will probably do more as i used to have Transcend when that was my main machine.
E is prescott. Dosent perform as good as Northwood clock/clock due to its pipeline structure.
Runs very hot.Supports 800mhz fsb and HT.
Comes in both S478 and LGA775.

Rite now the only diff is I have a 512 Mb Kingston 333Mhz DDR.....

So how far does the Barton core go ? Remeber mine is Athlon Xp 2600 + and it can go upto 22 Mhz FSB only.....Athlon XP 2800+ has 400 Mhz FSB....:cool2:
