No new weapons or weapon upgrades make it more dull.
Actually you could get hold of newer weapons in Warrior Within. Two Thrones also shared the similar feature IIRC. You have a very robust combat system in Warrior Within which I enjoyed.Saiyan said:I don't remember any of the POP game having any weapon upgrades n all. Just you get those special moves n stuff.
The game was fun but not as good as the Sands of time triology.
Each to his own pal. I'm was not expecting every bit of detail packed in one game but these are just about some things which I feel would have made the game better. The earlier franchise has set the bar for POP titles & this was average compared to them. Good game if you look at it from a stand alone perspective.EscSysRq said:@Ethan_Hunt

Dont you remember the several swords he used to swap during the course of the game? The spider sword. The scorpion sword. The serpent sword. The water sword to beat the Dahaka?
It'd an arsenal of weapons with different endurances and abilities. It was a lot fun back then.
And lets see how the next title is. This was indeed fun. Hats off to the engine.

Antidote said:Y + A + Y + Y + B + A + Finish the combo with Y or X or B.
Y = elikas magic
A = prince and elika will change positions in air.
Y = one shot of elikas magic (a flash)
Y = another shot (another flash)
B = prince sends the enemy into the air
A = prince grabs the enemy in the air
Y or X or B = Final blow using magic or sword or gauntlet
