just played 1 game. it is truly amazing. a lot lot better than pes5. all the fouls etc have gone. the animations & player movements are great & heading has improved. the ref hardly gives fouls, its very realistic, in pes5 the ref gave a foul even if u touched the player with the ball. in this the game is a lot free flowing, i played a whole game & won it in extra time & in the whole game there were just 4 fouls. where as if it was in pes5 i would average anywhere from 15 - 30 fouls. maybe more sometimes.

only sad part is that 1680 x 1050 res isnt there :( . need to find some way to make the game work at that res. 1280 x 1024 sux.
 
after 2 more games. noticed 2 more amazing things. keeper has become a lot better. finishing etc on volleys has become better. & the best part of all is now u can take quick free kicks, no need to wait for the defence to get back to its formation. just press the button n the player keeps the ball on the ground n passes to the nearest player just like u see it on tv.
 
played PES 6, nice game didn't see much of the differences in PES 5 and 6 other than the fouls, same shooting and passing, graphics are same as well.
got the 330 MB ripped version , which dosen't have commentry in it so can't really comment on that :P

shooting is so much improved .. the long voleys have to b inch perfect now if you wanna score .. same goes for scoring with ball in motion .. :bleh:
the overall game speed have decreased by arnd 10% and much more realistic :)
the run through wings have improved too ... both teams defence have improved .. goalkeeper have improved in some places but in some places(like tight angle shots) makes bad mistakes :(
and quick freekick is grt ... scored one by juninho with kaka taking the quick frekick ..:D
just play 20-25 games and u will find the differences urself .. :D

u seriously dont know how to make out a difference in a game. either that or u havent really played pes5 a lot or maybe u arent that good to notice the minor details:)
 
my bad guys. the game does support widescreen. i had to install my viewsonic monitor drivers for the res to come. plug n play it wasnt coming.
 
lol who looks for the minor details when u can score same goals u used to score in PES 5 and i am shooting the same way i used to in PES 5 , i am moving the same way, keeper isn't stopping my shots , and opposition isn't making me sweat, so its not my fault at all if i can't feel the difference, the minor differences don't make any change in overall game then no use noticing them at all. and dude stormblast i must have played more PES 5 than u and whole of u guys would have done here.

i rest my arguement. no use in arguing with u who doesnt feel like nothing is changed from pes5 to pes6.

& as far as u saying u have played pes more than any1 here. not knowing how much or how good any1 else is, thats a really stupid comment by u.
 
dude i played ESWC india and was in top 5 in india played nationals and lost to the finalist on goal difference there. so i am saying on those basis, there was only 2 players better than me and 1 of them won ESWC
 
Lol Mr.Stormblast consistently beats Mr.Wile (ESWC Winner) in PES / WE. Its a 50-50 chance when they play each other, I know that cause I've been playing this game with them since ages.

If you were "that" good Pisen, you would've won. There is nothing like "second best" , #1 is what matters.
 
you can ask dhruv bout me, and one thing that you can beat the guy who plays against u everyday cause u know what he dose and how to beat him its different playing in the tournaments, as u have to play against unknown players,and thats what counts.

nice excuse for not winning. just cause u dont know someones game doesnt mean u cant beat him, dhruv also dint know your game, & as i said i really dont care how good u are & i sure am not going to go around asking ppl. the point was that u noticed no difference in pes5 & pes6 to which i said u dont know how gameplay has changed then.

binoy its not 50-50. its more like 70-30. 70% obviously to me. & pisen i really dont play pes with dhruv everyday or for that matter every month. we play each other only when i go to pune which is like twice in a year.

this thread is not how good or bad u,me,dhruv or gr1m are in pes5 or pes6 but it is about pes6 & its gameplay. you are welcome to create another thread in some other section & showoff n talk about your pes accomplishments & how u have played more than any1 here in this forum.

yes u are right. its better to stick to the gameplay & also most importantly can any1 try n arrange pes6 originals to play online. cause i asked 1 dealer of mine here he said its not possible unless he orders 400-500 pieces. so let me know if any1 finds any good online site or something.
 
@pisen and @stormblast, good to see u guys patch up, we are a gamers community, plus we are members of the same forum, and we all love football, and so we love PES series, guys we have so much in common, just play the games and enjoy, take no pride in one_up_manship and no shame in admitting that the other is the best, @pisen and i played FIFA06 and he beats me, lets say 7:3 win to lose ratio, and i have no shame in admitting that, coz i just love playing games with gamers and friends and i enjoy it, and that is what matters, @pisen just PM me the 330 MB waala link :P , happy volleying.

are the sys reqs for PES 6 the same as PES 5??

im just getting the hang of pes 5 (playing on 4th level of difficulty)...dont wanna lose my team ..
 
^^ yes the requirements will be same.

also u should try importing ur saved files from pes5 to pes6. it will work i guess cause it worked from pes4 to pes5. so ppl dont loose their master league data.

i) any good patches out there for pes 5??
i visited pesfan.com, but the forums are so cluttered... really dont know what to search for!! :huh:

ii) i re-configured my controls in pes5 to match those of fifa...
like :
s --> short pass
e --> sprint
d --> shoot
a --> long pass

what are the special combos??
any keyboard control help given anywhere??
like there's a cool thing for a striker where he feigns striking a ball but then at the last moment changes direction...

any help wud be appreciated...
