You posted the whatsapp conversation till 2:30pm but since i messaged you the conformation message of bank on 4:11pm you should have written that also as you posted here in techEnclave on 4:18 so check this so just dont try to prove yourself right and you should have mentioned about this message from me too... as you should not take more than 24 hours to ship it after getting paid......so do the shipping tomorrow.....As everyone know now that i paid you very next day after mods told me yesterday to refund you......

Hey Imtaiz, I have mentioned it. Perhaps you missed out on reading it?

Imtiaz had informed me on WhatsApp with photos of receipt that he's made the transfer. Had told him that I would check after work, but got a chance to check during lunch. Amount had not reflected till then. Imtiaz has sent a screenshot claiming it's reflected in my account. Will recheck after work and update this thread.

Also, since you transferred sooner than the vague deadline you had given (which I appreciate) - I lacked the definite heads-up from you which I had requested, so didn't prioritise packing the PS3 yet. About shipping within 24 hours of payment - I had transferred the 17k to your account on September 13, while you had shipped on September 16, so I request you to please bear with me.

You've held your end of the bargain, and I will too. I have already enquired about the necessary shipping details and will be shipping it by tomorrow afternoon via DTDC itself.

I will also share photos of the packaging and any more details that I can.

Because you paid on saturday at late evening and i already told you i will refund you so you should have packed it and bro you are now just trying to delay the shipping without any reason and now just because you dont have any reason so you are trying to say that i shipped you on 16thsep but you should remember that you transferred the money very late in the evening that was after 7:00pm saturday and i shipped on tuesday because my driver expired so i had a reason and whatever it is as you are sending before tomorrow afternoon send it by DTDC AIR SERVICE and dont tell afterwards that you have shipped it by SURFACE as i have paid you for shipping it through AIR SERVICE........
And i did what i promised because if you remember i told you in my first most after you gave me a feedback that i want the buyer of my product satisfied and you said if i do whatever you wanted than you will change my feedback and i asked you that will you be able to change the feedback and you told me that your review is not written on a stone that wont be able to replace and you will 100% change my feedback you bro do your job now as i did mine....

@mods I sold a ps3 to him and he recieved it in a working condition but due to its looks he dont want it and ask for refund and i refunded him immediately so the feedback should be changed because i refunded him immediately after you @mods & buyer ask for refund and the buyer got the money in no time so the feedback should be changed.......What you mods think please let me know as its a experience for me as it wont be repeated i promise because if i am not sure about the condition of my products in future i rather would not sell it.......So just share with me your thoughts as i truely repect the mods of TECH ENCLAVE

Everyone knows you paid right away. Good job. But again you made the mistake of giving vague deadlines regarding when you will pay him. He would have planned accordingly. This is why its always suggested to have proper communication about relevant topics during a sale. Like proper condition of the item, pricing, payment modes, shipping etc. You seem to post a lot. Nothing related to matters that are of any concern to anyone. Half the time I don't even understand why. Anyways, @prakhargr8 is suggested to ship it as soon as he can. Or he will be held responsible also.

And please, "looks of the product" as you so simply put is not the reason he didn't want the console. I am not going more into that.

I suggest you don't post anything here, until the buyer ships the item back to you and you receive it. Let the buyer do his part. Give him the time he needs.

Sir i did whatever you mods said but this guy @manucitc has problem of getting hyper without any issue and if he post like this i am also a normal human being and i also get angry like any other human being whereas he himself is a blacklisted guy....
And he doesn't respect ever the @mods so please its a strong issue which needs to addressed so please do something as he jumps in everywhere with his foul mouthing....

Hi Imtiaz,

Please note that I've paid shipping insurance worth Rs. 10,000 from my side as a gesture of goodwill.

Also, to be absolutely sure of being able to identify if and any meddling by DTDC, I've added paper stickers to the PS3 (which you can remove once you have the PS3), with random patterns. Photos of these are added in the album - they can be used to identify any tampering.

For the packaging, I've used multiple layers (5+) of bubble wrap and air pockets on the PS3 and the whole box itself. I've also added a small plastic container for the Cobra USB connector stuffed with bubble wrap.

I encourage you to record a video of the unpacking, if you are unsure of anything. Please make sure to clearly record/take photos of each sticker in that case. About the shipping risk, since you suggested it was the receiver's responsibility when sending from your side, I expect the same in this case.

PS. Please ensure you record a video of the complete unpacking and testing, in one single continuous and clear video, if you would like to raise any points after unpacking.
Let me know once you have the PS3.

Playstation delivered today and i made the video of unpacking and powering on but its showing purple light in Cobra Ode which means Cobra Ode is Semi-bricked so to unbrick it i have to send it to a playstation 3 repair center and update you the proceedings

Dude, I don't know what you're attempting to do now. I've sent you the PS3 back the way it was.

Check the video I've posted a few pages back showing the firmware version. The purple light is absolutely clearly visible in that. Why did you not raise this earlier? I have not used your console, I have not made any changes, not even used the Cobra and I have definitely not tried to update/mess with it which would let it brick.

Could you please clarify what you're implying here? Don't want any more misunderstanding, so please reply here.

I have only seen the video you uploaded. In it its purple. @imtiaz786 was also satisfied by that video. If he had any issues, he should have raised then and there.

I don't know what your intentions are. But nothing can be done now. You saw the video. You were satisfied.

@imitiaz786 PMed me. As he said to you, he is satisfied with the PS3. You have nothing to worry about. This deal is closed. Nothing more needs to be done from your part.

In future, I suggest you before even thinking of the price, ask as many questions as you need about the product. See as much as pictures you need. If you lost that deal, only better ones will come.
Don't jump into conclusions. You cannot think forum/forum spirit will make the deal fine. Due diligence from the buyers part is required.
