Just saw all these notifications. Will go through and reply as soon as possible.
From the quick read-through, I'm completely okay shipping the PS3 back to him. Had offered Imtiaz that as an option amongst all, but he was unwilling.
Will read through the thread properly and post here.
@imtiaz786 please hold off on shipping anything. I want to resolve this quickly as well, but let's not do anything in haste that'll just add to the issue.

@imtiaz786, I'm ready to ship your console back. I find that to be the best solution since you are not agreeing to the real price your console should fetch. We're not here to unfairly 'profit' from our sales.
Again, I've admitted where I fell short on this deal, so please do not bring that up again.
I'll send you my account details so you can return my money and I'll send you back the console. I'll ensure that I pack it well and will take photographs of the PS3, packing etc. and share with you when shipping.
Once the console is shipped, I'll send you a scan/photo of the receipt of the shipping charges (something I had requested from you, but never received). We can then split the cost.
Once you have the PS3, you can perhaps re-open your sales thread (I'm hoping with an appropriate price tag).
I apologise from my end for complicating your sale.

Imtiaz786 was banned from different forum for same mistake like this making again and again...
I would advice OP to send the console back and get the money full refund first before shipping as he has bad habit for making half payment first ...
And also leave appreciate feedback so future buyer can know the outcome...

Ok sir if you say than i will pay 16k + 50/50 on shipping
And sir i need to know if the ps3 is on 4.55 or not because if its on 4.55 i will refund or else i wont as i gave him in 4.55 and above that firmware needs swap disc and to use it i dont have bluray burner and ps3 will be a paper weight for me so its a request to the buyer to make a video and show me that my ps3 is power on and is still on ofw 4.55 because i want to be sure and if he has updated it than sorry i wont refund....and topic ends here....

Imtiaz, I cannot believe you're still trying to cheat me. I paid for the shipping when you sent the PS3, and you never showed me the receipt.
You're telling me that you lose Rs. 500 and I lose Rs. 1500 on this deal? Dude, please have some courtesy and send me back my 17k.

You paid me 16k for the console and you will get 16k why i will pay the shipping and i sold you something and you didnt like it and want a refund so you have to bear one way shipping and i will pay shipping only for one way and you have to pay one way thats it as @m-jeri said it was my fault as well as your fault so you also have to pay one way shipping as i have given you a fair deal....And most importantly you have to remove the feedback as i am refunding you as no deal no feedback and that you have to promise....As you told me that you will remove it if i accept your condition....

Just now got a very very awesome offer from a local buyer that he will buy my ps3 so i am more than happy to refund as he called me through olx just now and ready to pay very very good price for it ......Thanks mods its better to refund........so i want to be 10000% sure that he has not updated it or else cobra mod will be of no use.....So play show the cobra browser after turning on the ps3 in your video......
