my brothers pl11 just started acting up..one ear bud doesnt seem to work...bought from prime.....he lost the bill...but some how managed to remember the date of purchase on prime abgbs request...prime abgb happily took the product and will offer the replacement no questions asked..but did ask for around 3-4 weeks time..

I know and understand exactly what you and others are asking me to do but as i don't have them anymore i will give the amount that's equal to what the OP's Used Earphone will pay him, But you guys seem to forget that i don't have any and cannot offer the same as I DON'T HAVE THEM ANYMORE

they were ready to give op better model but op refused it and asked for cash but in this case op just needs his earphone back in working condition .

So, basically what I understand is that if I buy a product X and it goes kaput within the warranty (whatever that means) period, then I'm entitled to get one of the following:
1. A cock a snook from the retailer saying I ain't the one who knows a darn thing.
2. Less than half of my money back, calculated on a depreciation rate known only to the retailer and not agreed upon mutually.
3. A replacement after paying some extra money.
4. ZILCH!
Either the term Warranty got redefined recently or I was ignorant up till now.
PS: 50 currently browsing, that's kind of a record, now ain't it?

I am ready to give him that but he will be getting a product with full warranty of 12 Months and i will be charged double of the actual value of his product if i am ready to bear the actual value of his product he shld be ready to bear the rest

He is not demanding 12 months warranty and a new earphone , he just wants his earphines working and remaining 4 months warranty for which he has paid full amount .
