This is the last question and answer there on - TechShop.in

What happens if I receive an email saying that the item I returned via RMA is no longer in stock?

If the RMA item is not in stock, TechShop. In will contact the customer and discuss replacement with a different item or a mutually agreeable refund amount.

But when i say the same thing its a scam

Yeas, you are pulling a scam and cheat me. No idea how thick you are.

a. You can give a pl30 in return. get it however you want.

b. You can give a product priced MORE than the billed amount for me. 970 or so. Deduct that and i will pay the difference.

shipping i already paid. so ur shipping price i wont give.

c. You can give ANYTHING else of the same billed value now in your stock. I will check that with other sellers and the

price u quoute is acceptable for me. Ok. I dont want u to give me a 600 rs stuff and saying this is worth 970 bucks now.

These are my terms and conditions. If anyone else other than the seller think, i am being unreasonable please say so.

For the seller these are unconditional. If not agreeable keep the excuse, 400rs, 600rs and teh dud erarphone.

I want the 50rs send to me today. DO YOU HEAR THAT?
If u don't send my 50 rs TODAY, you are a thief too.

^^ What are we waiting for here ? Some more public entertainment !

Mods/Admins plz offer a option to ITWares/m-jeri on whatever you think should be the correct refund amount. If Itwares does not comply to that get his DP account terminated and he will loose more than 1000 bucks in that itself "According to TE DP Non-refundable Rules"...with that amount TE should get a replacement PL-30 from the other dealers and provide it to m-jeri. Matter should be amicable closed then :D

"Lathon ke bhoot baaton se nahi mante... " is what comes in my mind...

Rahul, please give OP the replacement PL30 (again saying prime has one in stock) or some other product (mutual understanding) worth rs.970 or so.... There is no point in the explanation you are giving... from your end if you think its a loss then please bear it once and you will get hundreds of customers back and I am quite sure you make a lot of profit from Computer geeks like us....

yes I agree with Supra.

Lets close this matter here and here itself and Let this type of scams do not repeat again.

Invoke his deposit and compensate OP and close off the deal.

chirag,
i agree with you but once more i will say vinash kaale wiparit buddhi.
either he is smoking some great weed or alike that he is so out of mind.
one tight slap is what is needed to bring them back to sense.

I offer PL11 with full one yr warranty my site or techshop does not say that i have to offer an Identical Match on the price product or a product which has a similar price to what buyer paid at the time of buying the same

Since there is no mutual agreement on the amount, which different item are you offering?

As i said earlier formula is just one way to look at all i have in my mind is the buyer should get what HIS USED product current price is i answered the same thing when someone has asked me about HTC Desire that i use

vahss_11 said:
The formula was invented by rahul after many years of hard effort and leaching of people.

In the end Rahul, you are losing one good customer and a 100 other prospective customers all for the sake of 2 magnets and wire. Customer satisfaction is what you should be thriving on.
that he never has done. one would know after having having interacted with him.
@ITWares
As for TnC
You can not dictate them when the need be.
Do you have any Documentation about this policy of yours which you can refer to?
Were they buyers made aware of it?
Your condition is not the standard one.

You 1st refer to depreciation from other distris and then you say you will depreciate the way you desire...

why don't you just ask the buyer to click 'Bend Over' while making a purchase?

This is unacceptable and rest assured of no business from me or anyone who asks me for reviews about shops at lamington.

My policies are the same as them i am just showing you 1 more eg.

^^I don't think we are talking about Techshop's policies here.

my site clearly states my rule and i will follow that i don't wish to follow the rules put up by anyone else , if tomm you sell something u sell sell according to you right.

Infact Techshop also states the same rule as i posted earlier

I make my own rules and there is nothing wrong with it, buyers have the option of not buying the same from me because of my rules i am not forcing them on anyone before they buy things from me.

We would have done the same to techshop.in if they would have behaved like you are...

OK..now tell me whats your actual selling price of PL11 if I wish to buy one?

MODs and all senior respected guys who know the market more than me,

I request you all that we are not going anywhere on this stupid BS of rahul and I request you all to decide and invoke his dealership and his deposit and suspend him in present and future.

@itwares

Never expected you will be such a low level of person.

Do you have any honour or dignity in you?

If i were in your place,

I would not have spent so much of time and energy to convinve one customer who is right in his claim and I would have honoured the contract which I entered as seller and end of story.

This is purest form of cheating and their is one saying----if a **** sees money in gutter and he is to take it with his mouth,he will out his mouth in gutter to get money.

You are free to do whatever you want and so m i am running a business and i have the right to make my rules as to how the business will work if some customer has a problem with it he can opt buying from others i did not force anyone to buy from me but then if some one does buy then he will have to adhere to the policies i have made. I am not changing them.

The problem is that you are NOT offering full one yr warranty

By your logic I can sell you a headphone and when you send it back for RMA, I can offer you a lollipop. I don't need to match the price of the alternate product and I have not even said that the alternate product will be similar to the original.

Some retards never understand requests.... Mumbait rahun udtoy tu amchya samor....

PL11 Warranty i will provide and for PL30 as replacement which i cannot provide as i don't have stock and hence as per no stock RMA rule of ours we will give a mutually agreeable amount which he did not agree to hence i asked faheem how much it should fetch and 600/- is what he answered and i am ready to pay thate stock

Similarly i will again offer the same if i don't hav stock of PL11

I am really not selling SM see my Soundmagic thread in Dealers Paradise y did i close it long back if i had stock and dnt want to give replacement

This thread is already in its 28th page, can all of you please stop making posts? Its getting difficult to follow this case, and anyways there seems to be no effect on Rahul.

@TheITWares: Please stop your BS, I've had an earphone (of a higher value) replaced with a new retail pack of the same earphone which was manufactured by a similar Chinese company through a similar authorized dealer as yourself even though I did not purchase it from him. (i.e The dealer I got it replaced from).

You say that the worth of his 7-month used PL30 is 400, and that you cannot buy him a new one as a new one would have 12 months warranty as compared to the 5 month warranty he would have got if his IEM was RMA'ed. Fine, why dont you buy a PL30 which has 5 months warranty remaining from the 400 you say would be its market value and give it to m-jeri?
