Ya the location is Germany.No idea how he is getting is so cheap.considering 4k to be shipping and customs .we can still get it at 36k.

Indiatime shopping has raised the basic price of Note 3 on the account of OMG shopping offer from Citi. The base price was around 46-47k and now it has gone upto 48k.
