Con is a strong word.
From one review i watched the heating issues are not as bad as with the S4. Its a different chip. Same reviewer discourages buying the S4.But has samsung solved those battery heating us issues and also the RAM management issues.
I guess those were not rants about the pricing.
Is it? I check out something in a store, lets say a shoe. Try it on find it comfortable and so buy it. Now they give me a new piece. The phone looks the same on the outside but the cushioning is worse. Less flexibility, more bites, etc.. Is it not a con? I agree I'm being nit-picky but why not have the same model as the one on sale as the display piece. And what actually gave it away was when I was scrolling through the camera options and the slow recording speed option came up.
Isn't it a 4x zoom as 4K is approximately 4 times bigger than 1080p?
You have written the differences between them, but what exactly are you trying to say?
Comparing shoes with phone ahhaaaa.
I challenge u cannot find a difference in both the phone if not looking on the model number.....Also if you like the sd version u can buy that also.
Read what I said...I was fiddling with the camera and the slow mo option popped up. Then checked the model no. and saw that it was N9005. Saw your challenge has been accepted and destroyed!!!!
The shoe example was given to simplify it. I would personally want the Snapdragon version just for the camera and developer support.
Keeping a better speced phone at the demo and giving something else in box is a con job IMO.
^^^^This have u personally tested both the Phones ? Is the SD version faster then the exynos ?
For the most basic tasks even a note 3 clone with mtk6589 thingy will work. So getting to know whether it works faster or slower is not a question.
It is just not right that you put up a phone for demo which you are not going to sell to general public. Probably 99.99999 % people do not notice but there are some people who love custom ROMs and all and they care.
What if someone checks the phone in store and sees a 4K recording option and want the phone because of that feature and then gets a different model with no 4K.
Or buys a phone and intends to later use in the US etc over the LTE network and is surprised to see that there is no LTE at all.
Read I think u need to..... what exactly u want to say.....my answer to u was u cannot find a single difference between the 2 if u leave the 4k recording, One side ur saying they are showing u something and delivering another that is why I said u cannot find a single difference between the 2.
This is a first from what i can tell. What is the advantage ? they do not need to open any sealed models. The display models are sent back to Korea when they are done with. This might allow them to offer the note 3 for cheaper over time as there isn't a loss incurred here. But why this was done at all is still unclear.I agree with people who are saying that this amounts to conning the public.
You are saying there is no difference but that is not the point that is being raised. The point is that you are showcasing a different phone and selling another one and that is both unethical and illegal. The only problem is who has so much free time on their hands to go after Samsung for this.
iFun charges a Rs.10k extra premium depending on internal storage configuration ie 16,32 & 64GB variants. When i pointed this out somebody said nand memory is expensive. Some people here seem to be talking like Apple fanboys, defending lack of something.

Where did samsung ever claim you would get 4k/LTE in india ?Like defending lack of 4K / LTE etc. It is not a question of usability of the feature, it lying to the customer or misguiding.
4k is no gimmick. And those who will say 4K and slo-mo are a gimmick, I would definitely like these gimmicks.
