Hey guys. my friend got a wave today. But he's facing some problem. Apparently there're some voice issues that he's facing. When we tried calling on his phone from some other phone it was ringing all silently. The when we tried to test the two audio files inside the wave 'Dil ki baat' & 'Beyond something something' it was cracking majorly. Then when we tried testing the radio with the enhancment in, still in vain. We tried with the soud profiles too, again, in vain. What could be the issue? Anyway to solve it?
 
upgraded wave to bada 1.2 and it's an absolute charm to use guys...

those whose willing to experiment should definitely go ahead,the experience is a lot better now...
 
what is the latest firmware as of now...i am unable to upgrade to a new version.

the firmware version shown is S8500DDJH1.

also how to check what the OS version is..

The kies software just dosent show up anything after clicking on 'update firmware'. I am using Win7 64-bit professional edition.
 
that's the latest in india...

for getting bada 1.2,you need to manually flash your phone with multiloader and download the new leaked uk version of bada n then download it onto your phone.

this step is said to void warranty though,but still,what the heck,i can't wait for such nice updates....

ok.. so if bada 1.2 is not out officially, then waiting is the best.

Now, i read it that 1.2 is on the verge of release for the APAC region. Definaltely 1.1 must have been released some time ago.

How do i proceed with it. Mine shows Bada 1.0.

Hi Guys.. I got the wave from cafegadgets.com . When the box is opened Headset is misssing. The box is completely factory sealed before I open. Can I get the missing headset from them.

Well.... 99% u cannot get it from them..... But u should surely try lodging a complaint stating the same. Try banking on the 1%.....

you get bada version of swype,which works like a charm while typing messages...

other than that it fixed a problem which i was facing when downloading apps,some apps didn't install n just remained as paused after i downloaded it...

now the phone is usable even when you are plugged into kies mode.

the phone n browser seems to be more responsive

people are also saying the zooming n panning in the browser has improved,i don't use the browser much so i can't comment much in that...
 
i am facing a little issue with my phone..... the timings of the message sent and received are different than the time i sent or recieved it........ some show 1 to 2 hours ahead timing and some show 3-4 hours late than at what i actually received it..........

is anyone else also facing this issue.......???

^s8500DDJF2.... i bought the phone last week only so didn't update the firmware........waiting for bada 1.2........ will update both then...
 
I am trying to tethering option with wave but unable to do it. in the connections how do i set bsnlnet as primary as i could not see the same in mobileap
