This was purchased for me by a relative in August of 2019. It was intended as a backup drive for a OS X Workstation build that never came to fruition. In light of Apple's impressive own processors, I've decided to put a hold on this project for the moment. This will not work in a laptop, it requires the 12V power rail which is absent on almost all laptops and all external USB enclosures.

It was removed from it's packaging and plugged in for a few minutes for checking in bios. No data was ever written. I usually sell high value items on eBay but this is rare and difficult enough to procure here that maybe someone's build would be made easier if this was available to them without the hassle of shipping, customs and waiting.

Photos were taken with the drive placed on ESD safe foam.
