This is really good.

So first query from me. There were concerns after you started the shipping from China thing. Is there any chance that the anti-dumping duty or whatever it is will be applicable if we try to get anything from any Chinese website and get shipped through you ?

2. Any restrictions for products we can request.

3. What would be the timeliness.

4. Can you list the product on ebay.in as a valid link.

5. Payment methods.

6. Courier manifesto insurance terms/availability of options.

Is it not shop and ship is just kind of C&F service unlike iccworld?

It would be good if SNS can list down the charges and the approx custom rates (percentage) over here for quick reference.
