With SNS that is never a problem, they do not charge you something thats not been charged by the customs. The same cannot be said of PPO/Ishop/Ibhejo. These guys make their money here. With PPO box you are given 2 ( TWO) invoices in a YEAR free of cost, beyond that they charge you 500/- per invoice.

The money asked by them was Rs. 4000/-
In the BOE, it was mentioned Rs. 802/-

After seeing the discrepancy, I never made the payment and they never came back asking for the money as they realized their mistake..

I guess people have not recently ordered from SNS in the last 2 weeks. All this is happening since the last 2 weeks, therefore I would strictly say a NO to their service.

I too have had good experiences with SNS in the past, but last 2 weeks, they have completely lost my faith and a few friends of mine are facing similar issues.

They had one helpful person named Hassan who was responsive and took care of all the matters, he too has left SNS.
