Yup. There's a level based on Amana l8r. The Game get tough in variety & no. Of enemies increase. You'll get a bit confused l8r on the plot but I completer Episode 8 too, outta curiosity, can't makeout wats going on now.
 
LOL! I hope the last 2 episodes conclude the storyline properly. BTW are you able to get those file archives? I checked the menu and a lot of them are yet to be unlocked. I could hardly find any of them during the game.
 
Reached Episode 5, chapter 4. Melissa's level in the Saiga Hospital was f*ckin' awesome! Those spider shibitos reminded me of those Grudge movies. Andy, did Seigo Saiga really
shoot himself?
I accidentally skipped the cut-scene while trying to pause the game. I hate the map for this game, it's the worst possible map I have ever seen.
 
Its the Best Map I have seen in many games, try rotating the Map with Right Stick up / down will give you full 3D view of the Map :bleh:

b/w u can get confused in Episode 8 with the storyline....so keep playing & reading the archives you have collected ;)

Ok...Finished Episode 10. Started Episode 11, freaking tough....I died so many times, I was about to hit the controller on TV...freaking maggot shibitos :@ :@ :@

Will complete it tomorrow with a cool mind again, there is a way to kill that Shibito Brain, but it always run away and difficult to find :@ :@ :@
 
I am on the 7th Chapter right now. Taking it slow and steady. Thankfully, there is a full plot explanation on GameFAQ boards along with the archive articles. This sheds quite a lot of light on the already twisted plot. I stopped reading as it could have turned out to be a spoiler later on.

Of course I'll finish it. But hope it gets a full closure towards the end and not some ambiguous ending. The archives are really helpful. BTW any idea where the 'Making of the game' video would be in the European version? Perhaps it gets unlocked after the game is completed?

Awesome man. What was your overall time clocked in the game? Confusing ending? I'll complete it over the weekend probably. I'll have an hours time tops, to dedicate to it during weekends. I suggest you really start reading the plot explanation on GameFAQs. It's been explained in great detail using proper archive references.
 
Finally went on a marathon run and completed the game a few minutes back. My total time: 15:02:45. Loved the game completely, but the story is still a complete mystery to me. I'll read up tomorrow about it and hope to get some insight on it. The last chapter was absolutely heart racing. And where the hell is the 'Siren Blood Curse: Behind the curtain of terror' exclusive documentary video? It didn't unlock after the game completion, like I expected. May need to check on the Internet about it though.

Andy, How long did it take you to
Saigo in the end? It took me quite a few tries after a figured out an easy way to take him down. Even Melissa's maggot shibito form almost freaked me out.

EDIT: Found the video in the game's folder itself. No wonder the size of the game is so huge. 10GB is for dedicated entirely for the documentary video. Each video is about 2.2GB in 720p resolution. AWESOME! Will check it tomorrow.
 
Saigo in end was simple....not that tough except for the Sword play part :P

Melissa's Maggot was agile in approach than other shibito's :P
 
Saigo's first part was a bit tough for me, initially. I didn't really know how to approach him. I had a stupid Hunting Rifle, while his was a sawed-off double barrel shotgun. He could easily get 2 hits on me while I reloaded my weapon. Then I realized, the closer I am to him, the more is the impact of his weapon on me. So I maintained some distance and kept moving side-ways and kept getting head shots on him. Before I know, the cut-scene rolled in. The rest of the part was dam easy. I find it funny Saigo mentioned about Dante and Beatrice. :P

neways...read the whole story N all the archives...what do ya say?? best storylines in a horror game ;)
 
I haven't completed reading the full story yet. I read till the part where it gives an intro of Saigo. I haven't gone through all the archives either. I have heard Melissa's voicemail, gone through a few entires of Bella's diary and the Nurse's journal. You have to watch the documentary of the game's making. There was a great amount of work put into making it. Watch it on YouTube.
 
Still haven't completed reading the whole story line yet. Feels like reading a mini-novel or something.
