^Post the Links for story please.

Although I know the story, m not doing anything in office right now :P

Access GameFAQ boards and check the FAQ section. It has a story explanation segment in there. Did you read up on the story anywhere or just pieced together the archive elements?

The youtube vids were sure scary as hell. Will be taking this up after Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions. The last game which gave me the chills were Amnesia. :fear:

^Archive Elements, as I have almost 40 of them outta 50 archives.

WOW! That's quite a lot of archives you got there. I should have used the save file from the Internet to unlock all those archives. It's fun to view them within the game, rather than searching for it on the Internet.

^I read the plot guide yesterday. It's a Paradox :bleh:

regarding the archive items, I picked up many unknowingly :ashamed:

To me, Amana was the most confusing character of all. Her part in this entire game was a mystery, right till the very end.

Amana's introduction and actions were questionable enough, first she helps Howard, then she tries to kill him.

b/w u read the conclusion in that plot guide ? Howard pretty much screwed up everything.

I didn't read the conclusion yet. When you say the Howard screwed up everything, I assume that also includes interrupting the ritual in the beginning of the game, when Miyako is about to be sacrificed?

^You gotcha....:bleh: ;)

Actually second time, Seigo too screws up with Uryen and that is why the Sacrifice of Miyako was wasted.

OK! Finally read the complete story and it was seriously mind-boggling.
One thing I still don't understand is what is the connection between Bella and Amana? She (Bella) is constantly referred to being Aman's younger form. I'll quote the RacoonCityPD from his plot guide on GameFAQ:

Bella first arrives in Hanuda village in 2007, accompanied by Sam, Melissa and Sol. When Kaiko is defeated by Howard, Bella is deposited back in time, centuries earlier and is bestowed with Amana's eternal youth upon devouring the flesh of the fallen deity

When does Bella devour the flesh of the fallen deity? Is that what Sam envisions in the end? or was the Amana devouring the fallen deity?

damn its freaking 18GB...

That's the European version, since it contains 720p videos of the documentary, which is an exclusive content in the European copy. If you take that off, it's around 10 odd GB. You could try Siren: New Translation. It's the Asian version. But I doubt you'll like this game, since you always keep complaining about the control mechanism in each game. :P

It was Amana who devoured the fallen deity, hence she has to make sacrifice to kaiko, since God Kaiko sacrificed himself / helped her(hanuda village) during/after the landslide. That's why its mentioned in some artifact that Kaiko Sacrificed himself for Hanuda village and he should be followed.

Freaking scary title! :fear:

In awe of god, I started the game with the lights in the room switched off and noticed the receiver's display switching over to Dolby D. Began the first episode and then when Wright is asked to seek refuge, I instantly switched on the lights! Couldn't take it any longer. :ashamed:

Loved the episodic narration of the gameplay. The camera angles suck though. They could have improved it a bit. The sounds are mind blowing. With a proper 5.1 system (not those Creative cheapos) or a headset, this game will creep the shit out of anyone. Turn the lights off and this is a guaranteed thriller. I know I somehow managed through Amnesia and the Penumbra titles.

Thank god, my roomie is in the adjacent room!
