iirc sola comes with a pre applied screen guard via sony.i think they have done so due to the external screen guards being crap and mostly spoiling the proximity sensor.i will recommend you to keep it as it is and enjoy the user experience as it is meant to.

I'm very much leaning towards the Dual core Sony Xperia Go, but have to sacrifice secondary camery which is present in the Xperia Miro.

Xperia Tipo will be. Most probably Miro too. Miro > Go so don't care about Go.

Tipo is expected to be around 9k and the Miro around 11k. If secondary camera is important to you then go for Miro, but mind you performance will not be butter smooth at all due to the not so fast CPU.
