@scorpy, first you need to check the hash for your downloaded firmware so that we can confirm whether it is corrupted or not, because SUT L3 should not give any errors. (Are you following proper steps )
1. Extract the firmware file (.nb0 file)
2. Install SUT L3 to your PC and run it
3. Choose "Next" then pick the firmware file (.nb0 file) that wanna to flash.
4. On the "User Option" choose "Erase User Data".
5. Turn off you device and go the the download mode (press vol up + power) and connected to PC
6. Choose "Next" and upgrade proscess will running wait until "Upgrade process is completed successfully" shows than choose "Finish"
For saving Battery Close GPRS and switch to GSM ONLY when you are not using the internet through phone, and root your device, SetCPU and Titanium Backup (For removing bloatware)
