Suggestion needed for an all round PC

Hi guys, i was wondering if it would be a better option to go for GTX 550ti in SLI mode rather than single GTX 560Ti. Checkout this link in which MSI GTX560ti Hawk is compared with other cards including the GTX550ti In SLI mode. Since my main purpose is to do rendering will it add in terms of performance over a single GTX560 Ti.

^^ No stick to a single card solution, plus twin GTX 550 Ti(s) will consume more power than a single GTX 560 Ti. The cost of the solution will also jack up and there won't be significant gains to justify this kind of solution.

I saw your link increase is minor, definitely not a good path looking into power consumption department as well as 3D Mark Vantage is a synthetic gaming benchmark so for roughly spending ~8000/- for SLi + SLi ready motherboards (mind you only P67 based) + beefier PSU (~700W) you'll end up gaining nothing substantial, better deal will be you learn to over-clock the card and squeeze performance out of the GTX 560 Ti which is already well known in that department.
