Yes. They are also weather proof and can withstand wind, rain and sunlight without fading for at least 3 years.

Thats easily made - will cost you around 100 INR, had a Firefox keychain done. Planning to get a Chrome/Top Gear one now

Two acrylic sheets, cut to size, 2 photos for sticking back to back, clear adhesive, a drilling machine to make the hole for the keychain, the rings, and you are done.

Cutting acrylic sheet with a hack saw is a prettt time consuming process. And if I use a hack saw, it is pretty hard to give it a curved shape.
