Starting your sentence without a capital letter proves that TE DOES NOT improve your English.

@ microsoft: This suggestion by 6pack will help you really. SMS lingo will just spoil your English.

And do remember that SMS lingo is no longer entertained in TE. Go through the rules again.

hmm, my english is improved well after joining TE. It's not about TE only, internet learned me so much.. Even chatting system also helps to improve your english skills. About English speaking, Skypecasts were ftw, I was always there in room called "Talk in English Corner" I've made lots of friends from all over world there.. It's nice to have voice chat with them

I used to play a MUD in college which may or may not have improved my English but definitely did not improve my grades. Also, one of the things I've noticed about posting in forums is that poor grammar is rarely a problem in getting the idea across.
